Two Pitbulls named Huxley and Mila are very much in love with their grandmother. One can even say that they are obsessed with her. The Pitbulls will do a 180-degree change in behavior every time grandma’s name is mentioned.
The Pitbulls can be lying about the house, not interested in anyone or anything, and reflecting total boredom in their body language and stance. They even behave like this when anyone comes to visit their home.
Their mom often attempts to get them involved with activities, coaxing them to play with their toys and even entices them to eat. But Husley and Mila simply ignore her enticements and return to doing – nothing.
The dogs will lounge around the house looking like sad shut-ins that have lost their best friend, but the sad looks instantly changes when their mom hints that their grandmother is coming to visit.
Huxley and Mila get very excited, knowing grandma is coming, and they can barely keep still. They would immediately perk up. They would even run to the window to watch their grandma park the car.
One of the dogs would even bang at the door to open it for her before she steps out of her car. That’s how much they love their grandma, and they can’t wait for her to come inside the house to greet them.
One of the things they really love about grandma is she’ll always bring treats and toys for them when she comes over. Another ritual the Pitbulls look forward to with grandma is always going for some ice cream.
They love riding in the car to get their special cold treat of ice cream, and it’s almost a contest as to which dog will lick it all up first.
When the excursion to the ice cream shop is over, their grandmother will take time to play with them in the backyard. This playtime is so special for Huxley and Mila because grandma will always give them her full and undivided attention.
She would plunk down on the swing with them when all the playing is done. They would sit together and simply unwind for the remainder of the evening. It’s no big surprise that they worship their grandma. She has consistently shown them how much she cherishes them.
She truly treats them as her grandchildren. Huxley and Mila’s mom could not be more grateful for her. Grandma has always been there for the two dogs, and she feels lucky to be part of their lives.
All dogs should have such a happy and loving existence.
